Micropumps form the tangible heart of our performance. A performance that is extended by necessary components, such as valves, to achieve full system functionality.

That is why we offer these in addition to our various micropumps. Like for example our own developed passive check valve or active valves. One of these we have carefully selected with our partner BMT for use with our mp6 micropump. The manufacturer of the active valve is Takasago from Japan. The other one we have also selected with our partner memetis and offer this in combination with the evaluation set coming from memetis. New are the valves from Staiger, which are characterized above all by their small size and high speed.

With these you can switch your microfluidic system at will, as well as quickly and easily set up. add the advantage of active monitoring and make regulation possible. Thus, you can quickly and easily make your microfluidic system intelligent and miniaturized.



The driver is a small, easy-to-use driver circuit designed for one or up to two Takasago SMV-2R-BN1F shape memory alloy valves as accessory for the mp6 series micropumps.

Active valve SMV-2R-BN1F

An almost silent and low power active valve from the company Takasago. We cooperate with the German representative BMT.

It will also be used in our mpSmart-Flowstop.

Bistable 2/2-way valve

The ultracompact 2/2-way media isolated bistable valve (BV1101) from memetis enables complex fluidic systems with very low power consumption. The valve is perfectly suitable for fluidics in life science and other small but complex fluidic applications.We cooperate directly with memetis GmbH.

The ultra-compact 2/2-way NC Valve Series 09 from memetis enables complex fluidic systems with very low power consumption and silent switching. The valve is perfectly suited for life science fluidics and other small but complex fluidic applications.

Staiger spider valve

Small, low-wear and ultra-fast

For precise dosing smallest amounts of gases and liquids. It is possible to achieve ultra-fast switching operations and high dosing accuracy.
In addition, the spider valves by Staiger stand out by being small in size and low in weight.
All valves are 100% calibrated which leads to a high repeatability and long-term stability.
