Micropumps form the tangible core of our performance. In order to extend the performance of a microfluidic system, we offer additional necessary components, such as sensors, to achieve full systemic functionality.

That is why we offer sensors in addition to our various micropumps. Such as flow sensors, from our partner Sensirion and pressure sensors from our partner Honeywell. We have carefully selected them to work seamlessly with our mp6 micropump.

With these you can add the advantage of active monitoring to your microfluidic system and make control possible. Thus, you can quickly and easily build your microfluidic system in an intelligent and miniaturized way.

Liquid Flow Sensor: SLF3s-1300F

The SLF3s-1300F belongs to the latest generation of flow sensors from Sensirion, which are used together with our mp6 micropump in the Regulation software bundle.

Sensirion SLF3x flow sensor for measurement technology

Liquid Flow Sensor: SLF3s-0600F

The SLF3s-0600F belongs to Sensirion’s latest generation of flow sensors, which are used together with our mp6 micropump in the Regulation software bundle.

Pressure sensor for liquids and gases

This adapted and ready-for-use pressure sensor from the ABP series by Honeywell is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor. It offers a ratiometric analog or digital output for reading pressure over the specified full scale pressure span and temperature range. They are calibrated and temperature compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects and accuracy using an on-board Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). Calibrated output values for pressure are updated at approximately 1 kHz for analog and 2 kHz for digital. It can be used with dry gases and non-corrosive liquids.

Gasflow sensor

This Gasflow Sensor is based off of the SDP series by Sensirion. It seamlessly integrates into the mp-Multiboard2 and its software. For optimal performance, we suggest to use the Reservoir bundle as a pulsation damper.

  • Measures flow rates from 1-50 ml/min
  • Calibrated for air and N2
  • Dimensions: 29 x 10.25 x 18 mm3
  • Maximum overpressure: 1 bar
