mp6-basic/lab! sets

  • These sets allow a quick initial test to clarify whether an application with the mp6 micropump is useful. The pump has a very simple technical design and is also very small. The sets can be distinguished by the different control options.

  • In order to be able to test the pumps for their suitability, the drivers are designed in such a way that they can be operated with simple handling steps. There are variations in the sizes. From the small, manageable driver (mp6-EVA), which allows on-board adjustment and is supplied with jumpers for setting the frequency and voltage, to our mp6-QuadKEY, which not only allows complex control tasks to be implemented quickly, but also allows components such as sensors to be integrated without difficulty. The Arduino that is integrated there is already pre-set for first quick tests.

  • With the user interface developed and provided by us, the adjustment of frequency, voltage and signal form is also variable here.

  • The final control unit is a laboratory box (mp-x). Instead of the driver, the mp-x has a much more flexible desktop control unit where frequency and voltage are entered via push buttons and shown on the display. It is worth mentioning that the signal shape can be switched and the box can also be controlled externally via a USB connection. The necessary software for the sets is available in the download area. Each set includes hose and hose clamps as well as the necessary accessories.

  • With these sets a test is possible immediately after receiving the pump.

mp6-chemical sets

  • These sets are specially designed for testing the mp6 micropump with various liquids, such as ethanol or acids. The offered sets contain our mp6-hyb, consisting of PPSU material, as well as the mp6-PI and mp6-PP micropumps, which all have different resistance to different media.

  • If you are unsure whether the standard mp6 micropump meets the requirements of the liquid before you buy, you can test this with these sets. In addition, the sets can also be differentiated in terms of their control options.

  • These sets offer the possibility to test whether an application with the mp6 is useful for the desired low flow rates. For this purpose there are three mp6 micropumps and a capillary in each of the offered sets.
