Micropumps are the tangible heart of our performance. A performance that is extended by necessary components, such as microfluidic chips, for full systemic functionality.

Therefore, in addition to our various micropumps, we also offer microfluidic chips that we have carefully selected for use with our mp6 micropump.

With the microfluidic chips you can get a low-risk and fast entry into the field of lab-on-a-chip applications. Additionally, they shrink down your biological and chemical lab so that it fits in your palm while being cost efficient and fast.

In combination with our micropump they are the perfect complement for various applications. Simple liquid handling, extraction or mixing up to sample preparation and even complete analytical tasks are easily solved this way. So, you can build your microfluidic system fast and easy, intelligent and miniaturized. In addition, you can easily switch out the microfluidic chip depending on your current need.

If you want to read more, you can check out our case study about droplet generation. This case study gives you an example for a specific use of one of the highly-specialized microfluidic chips available on the market.

Down below, you can find the microfluidic chips and chip accessories that currently compromise our portfolio. If you are looking for a specific chip or are not entirely sure which chip you need, please contact us. We are happy to help you find and procure the right microfluidic chips for your application.

Thermoplastic injection molding chips

We offer a wide variety of thermoplastic chips. Depending on the requirements, the right chip can be used. We mainly use these three typical microfluidic chips here. They all have mini luer interfaces which allow them to be used with our tubing without any problems:

Fluidic 1003: Chip with 7 Reaction chamber

  • Volume: 27 µl
  • Depth: 370 µm

Fluidic 152: Chip with 16 straight channels

  • Width: 1000 µm
  • Length: 18 mm
  • Depth: 200 µm

Fluidic 620: Reaction chamber chip with 8 different depths

  • Volume: 3.6 – 28.8 µl
  • Depth: 100 – 800 µm

This is just a small selection of possible microfluidic chips that you can use in our systems. We would also be happy to advise you on your specific application to find the perfect chip. Contact us!

Flow cell glass chip & connector

This microfluidic chip is made out of Borosilicate glass. Therefore, the channel offers superior optical transparency and a low autofluorescence. The Flow cell glass chip includes three differently sized flow channels:

  • 50µm x 500µm (height x width)
  • 50µm x 1500µm
  • 50µm x 1000µm

The different channel sizes allow for increased testing possibilities. Thus, the best channel size for the specific application can be determined.

Please note: Connecting the Flow cell glass chip to a microfluidic system requires a chip holder and connection kit.

The microfluidic chip holder works for top-connect chips in a cartridge. The holder allows for a tight connection between the chip and the tubing without the risk of breaking the chip. It can be re-used with different types of chips. To complete the kit, 5 FFKM ferrules and 5m ETFE tubing are included.
