Implantable Micropump

On behalf of an internationally active supplier of medical devices Bartels microEngineering is currently designing an implantable micropump. By inflating a device with a liquid, this pump is going to adjust a non-medicamentous device for the manipulation of body functions. In combination with an implanted reservoir the pump will supersede port catheters for manual adjustments.
