Microgripper

By order of Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH Bartels has developed a microgripper for minimally invasive surgery. The miniature tongs with an outer diameter of only 1,5 mm have two electrically conductive tips. They serve to exactly fix tissue and cut or obliterate it by use of a high-frequency current.
